Online, June 9, 2015 (Newswire.com) - LOVELAND, Colo.--With homebuyer activity accelerating at The Lakes at Centerra, the new lifestyle neighborhood is already 25% percent built out with plans to add 60 more rooftops by the end of the year. The community is now offering a limited-time voucher program for prospective homebuyers, crediting participants with $1,500 towards their new Loveland home at The Lakes. The voucher program is open to qualified homebuyers at The Lakes by simply registering with a sales representative and touring one of the 11 model homes and lakeside clubhouse.

Next, homebuyers must register with a sales representative at one of The Lakes' four award-winning builders: Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, TRI Pointe Homes, Village Homes or Wonderland Homes.

Once registered, the homebuyer voucher of $1,500 will be applied to a signed and fully executed home purchase contract that falls within the 30-day period. The voucher maybe applied to specific builder upgrades, options, finance credits or discounts off the purchase price of the home at the discretion of each individual builder at The Lakes. Builders can provide detailed rules and restrictions at the time of tour.
